Ju-on: The Grudge (2002)

Alex and Dean are crawling down the stairs once again because this week they are continuing the Ju-On franchise with Ju-On: The Grudge. This is the third movie in the franchise, but the first theatrically released installment. Will Kayako and Toshio haunt families in new ways, or is this movie much of the same?
